1.MYTH: Memory loss is a normal part of aging.
FACT:- While mild forgetfulness can occur with age, significant memory loss is not normal and may indicate conditions like dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
2.MYTH:- Stroke only happens to older people.
FACT:- Strokes can occur at any age, even in young adults and children. High blood pressure, diabetes, and smoking increase the risk.
3.MYTH:- Migraines are just bad headaches?

4.MYTH:- Neurological disorders are always genetic
FACT:- While some neurological conditions have a genetic component, many are caused by lifestyle factors, infections, injuries, or environmental exposures.
5.MYTH:-Parkinson’s disease only causes tremors.
FACT:- Parkinson’s affects movement, balance, speech, and even mood. Symptoms like stiffness, slow movement, and cognitive issues are also common.
6.MYTH:- All headaches are migraines
FACT:- Migraines are just one type of headache. Other types include tension, cluster, and sinus headaches, each with different causes, symptoms, and treatments. Proper diagnosis is key!
